Let’s have a blues party for memorial day. We are going to have some traditional blues, but since it is a party we are going to step out of the comfort zone a bit. We will have some blues-rock and some blues inspired stuff as well.

where I actually have lots of memories of Pat’s parents, my mom, heheheeee I remember Kathy Shaws where I used to go hang out and play shuffle board and my mom served me baby budweisers. hahahahah

The blues and blues rock remind me so much of Louisiana as well. I can remember when I turned 18 I went to several of those Kathy Shaws types of places and got really drunk with Mom and Fred. Also, it takes me back to the blues clubs in New Orleans. Oh man, what I wouldn’t do for a Hurricane, a Spars Bloody Mary or some beignets….
Eban – the show was fantastic! I listened to it twice! At this rate, Blue Monday may become my second favorite show (behind Coffee House)!
