So Ableton has a new controller coming out next year called Push. This looks like it will be a solid component for Ableton creativity and creation. Since I had a few minutes to spare this morning I decided to see if I could replicate some of the functions using my Akai APC20 in note mode using the midi effect called scale.
Well, it did not work the same, but it still worked to a degree. This experiment has given me the base for a new song. Hell, that is cool.
So here is a video explaining what I did, how I did it, and a bit about creating a tune in Ableton. I can’t wait to finish this tune now.
