Insomnia at 4:50 am

Author: I start my first day of what can be called a normal shift at work today. That is cool. What is not cool is my insomnia is in full force right now.
I think I will write a post soon about what has been going on over the past year or so. From layoffs, to emergeny surgeries, to holdover jobs, to everything else, it has been a wild ride.
I say with reserved optimism that things are looking a bit more normal right now, or at least the possibility of normality may exist. Hey, I can hope.
Still, I do wish I could get some sleep. This is going to be a long day.
